Welcome!
We are from near and far. We gather together from Melrose, Saugus, Wakefield, Stoneham, Lynn, Georgetown, Beverly, South Boston, Framingham and beyond. We are married couples, single persons, widows, widowers, and religious sisters and brothers living in community. We have young children, we are raising teenagers, we take care of our aging parents, and some of us are empty-nesters.
We are blessed with a Pastoral Staff that fosters our spiritual and educational growth. We are encouraged to listen and act when God calls us to ministry. God may call us to be a lector at Mass, sing in the choir, participate in a food drive, volunteer at our community dinner, go on a medical mission to the Dominican Republic, prepare a meal for a parish function, or be an altar server… just to name a few.
We are life-long learners, eager to know more about our faith and who God is calling us to be. We believe in the dignity of all persons and look for Christ in those around us. We come here each week to worship together and give thanks to God for our many blessings.
We stand together during communion until the last person who wishes to receive, receives – we stand and we sing in solidarity with one another.
We hope that you will join us and get to know us better, and let us get to know you. On behalf of myself, Deacon Bob, and the Staff, I wish you, your family, and all those whom you love a blessed autumn.
